Event listings

Event details in the app are gathered from public listings on other websites. We are not the organiser or seller of any event and are not affiliated with the organisers, venues or the websites the listings come from. Dates, times, prices and availability can change or contain mistakes; always check with the organiser or the original listing before you travel or buy a ticket. Tickets are bought on the seller's website under the seller's terms.

Premium subscriptions

• The free plan includes five event detail views. Dublin Events Premium unlocks every event detail and the full event list.
• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Apple processes refunds under its own policies.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features or content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from inaccurate, changed or cancelled event information, or from your dealings with organisers and ticket sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version.
